Get In The Zone Workshops are designed to empower high school female student athletes and their parents and to equip them with the tools and resources necessary to navigate the challenging college recruiting process and the knowledge to make a successful transition into college.

We work with the student athlete and her parents to strengthen the team effort within the family. Own the recruiting process from start to finish and take charge of your transition from being a high school student athlete to a college student athlete. College sports are very different than high school sports. The more prepared you are, the better your adjustment will be to the college experience.
What you don’t know will affect both your recruiting journey and your transition into college. Arm yourself with knowledge and resources to increase your decision-making success and your confidence!
