Mission

Our mission is to partner with, and empower, high school student athletes and their parents to help them navigate the challenging college recruiting process in a way that is transformational, proactive, engaging, personal, and fun.

Vision

We see a future where every student athlete has the ability to find a college that truly fits what they are looking for in a college experience and where they can thrive. Where the student athletes own their recruiting process, find their voice and build their confidence so they know how to obtain the life they desire in sports, in college, in their careers, and into their future dreams.

How we’re different

Find My Team is unique in that we offer a wholistic approach to the recruiting process. From beginning to end, we put the student athletes first, help them drive their own process, and guide them through their journey with professional, former collegiate coaches. We also offer the PCM6+ Assessment, the one-of-a-kind tool, designed to help young student athletes learn and confirm what they’re looking for in a college experience.
