Francie Larrieu-Smith is a five-time Olympian, a former Cross Country and Track and Field Coach and a world-renown distance runner. As an Olympian, Coach Larrieu-Smith was chosen to be the flag bearer for the U.S. Olympic Team in Barcelona, Spain.
She confirms all the hard work that she put into being a college runner, college coach, and Olympian were all worth that experience.
Coach Larrieu-Smith has coached many student athletes to NCAA Championships, All-Conference and All Region teams.
She shares this message to all those high school student athletes who want to play college sports, but have not yet received any interest from college programs.
