The recruiting process is overwhelming for most high school athletes and their families. Parents become frustrated because there is not a central place to find genuine, honest and up-to-date information.

Many parents are left to guessing how best to help their daughters navigate the chaos.

In an effort to reach out to parents, Find My Team is hosting a free session where we discuss the recruiting process and how parents can help their daughters proceed.

No matter where you are in the recruiting process, and regardless of if you have just begun or if you are towards the end, get your questions answered and understand this process better.

Listen to former college coach, Lisa Hayden, who spent 16 years as a college coach at Miami University in Ohio and Illinois State University, and who knows first hand what parents need to know about the recruiting process. A great recruiter herself, Lisa will share insights to help parents understand the process and be able to help their daughter through her recruiting journey.

Lisa has mentored hundreds of female student athletes and their parents through the challenge of finding the right college for each individual athlete. The parents can really make a difference in whether or not the process runs smoothly.
