[Video] Taking Sports Too Seriously? One Tip Could Help

As athletes get older, sports becomes more serious and more like a job. At higher levels, coaches are more serious, too. 

Youth sports starts out relatively fun and then as athletes move into junior high school and high school, it becomes more serious and brings with it more pressure

In college, athletes have to juggle practices, competitions, a heavier academic load, study halls, meetings with advisors, extra workouts, video work, and appearances. 

For coaches, winning becomes even more important when jobs are on the line. 

It’s easy to get lost in the seriousness and to forget how it all began. 

This video shares some advice when the seriousness gets to be too much.
